Roxby uses the smallest possible number of cookies and browser storage keys. This page lists every item we set, why we set it and how long it lasts.

A cookie is a small file that a website places on your device to remember something between page loads. Related technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) are covered by this notice too, because they are used for the same purposes. When we talk about “cookies” on this page we mean all of them.
| Name | Scope | Purpose | Lifetime | Necessary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| roxby.theme (localStorage) | roxby.xyz | Remembers your theme choice (dark or light). | Until you clear browser storage. | Yes |
| roxby.admin.theme (localStorage) | admin.roxby.xyz | Remembers your admin theme choice. | Until you clear browser storage. | Yes |
| roxby.collector.theme (localStorage) | collector.roxby.xyz | Remembers your collector theme choice. | Until you clear browser storage. | Yes |
| sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token | admin.roxby.xyz, collector.roxby.xyz | Keeps you signed in to the admin or collector portal (set once Supabase auth is enabled). | Session (access token) and 30 days (refresh token). | Yes |
We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personal data. Requests are aggregated at the edge; individual visits are not linked to a person. If we change this, the change will land here first and, where required, we will ask for consent before it takes effect.
Some project pages may embed video from Vimeo or YouTube. When that happens, the third party may set its own cookies once you press play. We use privacy-first embed variants where available and mark the embed on the page.
Every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies from its settings. Doing that on Roxby will only affect items listed above; the site itself keeps working.
On the admin and collector portals, clearing cookies signs you out. Clearing localStorage resets the theme to the system default.
We update this notice as soon as we start using a new cookie or storage key. The date at the top of the page marks the last change.
